WE did this once before. It's not my favorite food, to be honest.
They also don't guarantee a outdoor view of the fireworks. There are a few tables along the water, some outdoor tables along an inner tier which offer a partial view, and indoor tables that don't really get a view of the fireworks at all. You can request a fireworks view at check-in, but so does everyone else. You may or may not get it. When we dined, the best tables were for parties of five or more, but that may have changed since then....nad then again there's a chance it could always rain.
We had one of the outdoor tables that was slightly off the water. We were under an overhang so we could only partially see the fireworks. Though we would have been dry (or mostly) had it been raining.
