No, but it does get crowded if you wanted to sit and drink at the bar. Standing along the back won't be a problem!

The pub is only the bar section of the building. No reservations for that.

The bar is standing only (no barstools). There are some small tables and chairs. The tables and chairs are often removed on days when they expect large crowds (like weekends during Food and Wine Festival.) on the side they usually have a couple of standing tables too.

Absolutely.

The only restrictions are alcohol cannot be taken OUT OF or INTO Epcot.

You can. Rose & Crown also has an outside beer type cart thing (more robust than a cart) where you could grab the same drink.

One difference in being inside the pub is that if you are staying, they'll give you a real glass to use (unless it's one of those ultra busy times, then everybody gets plastic). If you want it to go, tell the bartender to serve it in plastic; you can't walk around outside with a glass.

1) At the "PUB" (bar), no.
2) But, there are few seats or tables (our seating tables and three stand-up tables).
3) And, during busy times (incl. festivals), the chairs and tables are actually removed . . . standing room only.

1) Yes, you can.
2) They will give you a "To Go" cup for drinks or beer for anywhere within Epcot.
3) You can roam Epcot, but can't take the booze out of Epcot (liability reasons).
