Rose & Crown or Cape May Cafe

Doing some last minute tweaks to our trip next week and need some help deciding between these two.

I already have an ADR for R&C for dinner but thought about switching to Cape May cafe just since our family loves crab legs.

Any thoughts?

We've never eaten at R&C, but we love Cape May, which is a must do for us every trip.

The quality of the crab legs at Cape Mays has gone down. I would go for R&C.

We have eaten at Cape May the last couple of years for their seafood buffet and have loved it I would vote for Cape May!!

Our family has been to both, repeatedly, and they unanimously prefer Rose & Crown. Crab legs are ok, but you can get them elsewhere. R&C really feels like the authentic thing, and the food (if you like English food) is simply amazing.

I have never been to Rose and Crown. Cape May dinner buffet is our families all time favorite. It is now a must do for us

We went Aug 2012, right after the rehab. Food was awesome, refilled often, very fresh. There were plenty of seafood and tons a crab. My DS ate about 6 plates full. My daughters BF does not like seafood and still finds tons of great food to eat here.

I vote for R&C. Its not "OMG AMAZING", but its good.

I prefer Rose and Crown, but Cape May is good as well..I love crab legs, but can get them at home anytime, so we usually like to go to Rose and Crown for a different experience. We always had delicious food and wonderful service there. Also, the delightful beer..lol

The R&C food isn't authentic, and tasted not too great to us. It is one of the restaurants that we will not be returning too. I haven't been to Cape may though so can't comment on that.

Cape May, hands down.

Also, if you ever get the chance, Cape May has a wonderful character breakfast that is always a must-do in my family. Check it out!

I'm leaning more towards Cape May! We love seafood - especially crab legs!
