hi- this is my first time posting. Although I have lurked and gathered A LOT of needed info. Every time we’ve gone to Disney, we’ve spent 5-7 days so I’ve booked our reservations and did most everything I wanted. But this time we’re only going for 3 days. I have booked the Rose and Crown because 2 trips ago, we decided to go last minute and it was one of the best meals we had all trip. This time, though, I keep coming back to it and thinking I’ve chosen wrong. Any suggestions? Our other reservations are at Ohana and Cape May Cafe

Thank you for any help!

Well, I don't think you've chosen "wrong" as you enjoyed it so much on the prior trip. Are you thinking maybe you want to try something brand new? Are Ohana and Cape May new to you? I always suggest having at least one place you know you really like, so maybe that is Rose & Crown for you this trip.

We love Rose & Crown and try to go every time we are at Epcot. So, no I don't think you have chosen wrong!!!

You really can't go wrong with any selections but on our June trip we went as usual to Rose & Crown and my girls have put it on our never again list. The corned beef was cold and tough and their the girls shepherds pie was stone cold. However the person in our party who got the fish said it was as good as ever.

I don’t like the new menu. They removed the 2 steak entrees.
I would go to Spice Road Table instead
SRT is my new go to. The fireworks viewing is fabulous. I can't believe I worked so hard in the past to get into Rose and Crown when this was always available.

Welcome:welcome:

We used to go to Rose and Crown until they changed their menu recently, we tried Chefs De France this year. It was spectacular!!

We also really like Biergarden, Teppan Edo too.

We also used to go to R&C every year, sometimes twice in 1 trip but we were there in May and the menu changed the week before, I didn't realise and we did not enjoy our meals and won't be back. Chef de France is our new must do along with Teppan Edo.

Rose & Crown is one of my favorites! It has become a tradition to dine there on every trip. After reading some of the negative comments about the menu change, I am second guessing whether to dine there on our upcoming November trip.

I would drop Cape May before I dropped Rose and Crown.

We ate there this past April and really enjoyed it. Being able to watch Illuminations from our table was great too.

Totally agree. We went for a quick trip in June. Menu is different and the wonderful steak with wine reduction is gone, as is the steak/fried cod combo. Very disappointed
