Hi, all, and happy Monday!
So, we have been to WDW a kazillion times and tend to do CS for all meals - it is just DH and I, and even when we make reservations, we tend to get sidetracked and miss them. However, we have an upcoming quick trip in June with another couple who have - gasp - never been to WDW!! We are trying to give them the quick tour, and my husband even mentioned that he has never seen Illuminations from beginning to end. I made reservations at the Rose and Crown for 8 pm, and I figure if we show up at 7:40 or so, we'll at least be seated so that we can use their viewing area (DH is English, so he may even be able to finagle us a table on the patio - hey, 4 adults? All drinking pints and lots of 'em?? Plus discussion of brown sauce and "real" chocolate? The CM's might be kind.)
I guess my concern is...how bad IS the food there??? Seems like at least a few people think it's OK...If it's awful, any other suggestions about viewing??
Thanks!!
