Can you just sit at the bar for drinks at Rose and Crown? Dbf has been on a black and tan spree lately. Also, how is the cider and black? Sounds yummy.

Actually, you can't sit at the bar because there are no chairs there!

But, there are a few tables in the bar area that you can sit at if you are lucky enough to find an open one. Otherwise, you can stand at the bar and enjoy your adult beverage of choice.

There are 5 tables to sit and 2 standing tables.

Other than that there is standing room at the bar.

R&C is awesome. DH loves the cider. Enjoy.

Yes, Black and Tan and Cider and Black are the best there. If you go there during the week as for Carl the bartender, he will take care of you.

3) It seems that when folks find a chair, they sit for quite a while.

I liked the English Rose drink they have. And I also fell in love with my bartender so that helped, LOL! We were lucky enough to get a table before it started pouring one day and got to enjoy the hat lady singing!

If you're not able to belly up to the bar, Black & Tans are available from the walk-up bar outside Rose & Crown, as well. I too am a big fan of them. They are a great example of what happens when liquids of a different specific gravity are poured into the same container.

It looks like everyone has done a great job of answering your questions. I just wanted to say that all of the beers especially the ciders are fantastic.

We make a point to visit R&C every trip to Epcot. We have eaten dinner there several times as well and the food is always excellent. Have a great time!
