Are all tables in the 7PM to 9PM timeframe reserved for the Epcot Ever After dining package or are some tables available for regular dinner reservations?

We thought the food was very good.
But not a fan of the "mushy peas". Our server raved about how good they were.
Supposedly a UK thing and just as described.
