Rosa Mexicano - no ADRs

The restaurant is not Disney owned and they may not have elected to use the ADR system Disney uses. Remember, the Swan and Dolphin hotels are Marriott hotels.

Bold is not remotely correct and this thread is over 2 years old. When third party restaurants first open on property, there are typically limited slots available in Disney’s system, as was the case when Rosa Mexicano first opened. Bourbon Steak is having a similar situation since it just opened, and like this one more availability will open up in Disney’s system in time.

But this is why you shouldn’t necro threads tbh.

I know this is a little bit of an old post, but I am guessing it's the same, as I have been unable to find Rosa Mexicano brunch reservations anywhere.

How does one get breakfast/brunch reservations then?

Don’t worry about an ADR for brunch. The restaurant has lot of seating.

When I stopped by the hostess station when staying at the Swan last year, I was told they do not take reservations for breakfast. I had no trouble getting seat d immediately upon walk up

We ate there twice in June. I had made reservations through mde and both times they could not locate my reservation in their system. I have made my next reservation through OpenTable. That was suggested by the manager.
