RORF process?

Hi,

Me again, with another question......

Okay, we got our equity line and ready for the deciding visit in October. Our question is.. what is the process with resale? Do we make a deposit and then wait for RORF? Or do we not make our deposit until we have Disney's approval? I see the range of a decision from Disney is about a month?

You find a contract, submit an offer, if the offer's accepted you send a deposit (ernest money) then the paperwork is sent to a closing agent who sends the info to DVC for their determination of ROFR. You will likely hear nothing else until either that DVC bought it or to sign the deed and send in the money.
