Rope drop Test Track?

We hardly ever ride test track it’s either shut down or the wait is to long.
Has anyone rope dropped it lately? How did it go? I know i did watch a YouTube where when they arrived at rope drop it was closed down. I think that ride shuts down more than any ride I know lol.
Anyway I was thinking we might try rope dropping it and then head to Soarin.

We always try to rope drop it...out of our last 3 trips (within the last 6 months) it was open once...shut down well into park open the other 2 times.

That’s not good. I’m figuring we will be wasting time going there first.

It's definitely frustrating. If you can get in the parks 45 min before actual park open; you should still be able to make it onto frozen or soarin with very lil wait even if u walk to test tracl first only to find it closed.

Just wait till after 9pm and ride Test Track with a 20 min wait or less...

Soarin is my favorite, so we will go there. Riding Test Track is a challenge for us.
