Rope Drop / Stroller Rental

Is this not possible? We will need to rent a stroller in MK. Can we do that before rope drop? or do you rent from a place you can't get to until after they open the park?

The stroller rental in under the train station at the front of the park. I have not been their since the change but what i have heard I think you should be able to rent it before opening.
