Hi All,

We will be doing MK on Dec 16. I have an ADR for CRT at 8:35. The FP+s for Anna and Elsa are long gone. The park opens that day at 8 (had been 9 but they just switched the hours).

My question is: Is it really just going to be dumb and stressful to try to get there for rope drop, SPRINT to Anna and Elsa and hope we can be among the first in line to see them before our 8:35 ADR? Or should we just do rope drop, have a wonderful relaxing stroll up to the castle and then check in for breakfast before heading to the rest of our FPs? We have a FP for Belle's cottage ending at 9:30, so we can't be late for CRT - gonna dash there at the end of the FP window.

So what do you think? How early would I have to get there to be first in line to A&E, and if I am would I be out for 8:30? Or should I give it a miss and just hope FPs come up if people cancel?

Thanks in advance :)

I would think it would be unlikely for you to get to A&E before your CRT ADR. And actually, I really don't think you are going to make Enchanted tales with Belle after your ADR either. In and out of CRT in an hour is pushing it. Maybe times will open up day of?? Or closer to the date and you could find a little more of a buffer for times.

Is this your first trip to WDW?
I don't think you can possibly manage what you are asking, on either end of your CRT breakfast.
I don't know how early you would need to be at the MK gates to be first in line for A & E. But even if you were near the front I don't think you would be able to do the meet and to get back to CRT by 8:35. And trying to eat, meet the Princesses and participate in the Wishing Ceremony in under an hour in order to be at your FP+ Belle's Cottage ending at 9:30, I just don't think you can do it. You may be able to eat and leave CRT in 45 minutes or less, but you will be missing much of the experience and that will be a very rushed, expensive meal
Good Luck

Big ditto. I'd try and move enchanted tales with Belle to a bit later (if you can). I've heard Anna and Elsa are insane at rope drop. I made and 8am reservation at Bibbidi Bobbidy with the hope of getting to Anna and Elsa right at opening and posters here told me that it would not give me an advantage so I ended up getting a fast pass.

OK, thanks for the advice. I would move the times around on everything if I could, but this is was all that was available. I will keep an eye on everything to get better times if I can. FWIW, last year we were in and out of CRT in about 55 minutes and we didn't feel rushed at all - all princesses, great breakfast, wishing ceremony, everything, but maybe that was an anomaly.

Just an update on this. We changed our entire plans for the week around, heh. So now we are going to MK on the 15th and 16th, and I have snagged a Belle FP for the 15th afternoon. Then when those A&E FPs came up I snagged one of those for late in the AM after CRT. So it all worked out. :cool1: Thanks for your help!
