I hate it but you can get Root Beer in my local Aldi, maybe try yours? I agree it tastes like Listerine though. I thought Root Beer was bad but then in Italy I tried something that was in a can like Sprite but came out emerald green coloured (I thought it was absinthe or something) and it tasted like Toilet Duck. To this day I have no idea what the heck it was. OT I also tried some " special on the house chocolate cake" in an Indian Restaurant in Venice and left stoned ; stoned for the first (and only time) in my life in a city built on water. Not fun .

A&W makes the best root beer. Also for root beer to taste the best, it needs to be served in a frosted mug. A root beer float is excellent too.

For those who think it tastes like Listerine, what flavore listerine do y'all have over there? Ours here tastes minty, nothing like root beer.
