Rooms size

Anyone knows rooms size “sq ft” between standard 2 doubles beds rooms in AOA and POP, are they the same?

Also does POP century is totally remodeled at this time or they are still working on it?

AoA Little Mermaid rooms are 260sqft
POP rooms are 260sqft with one fold down queen bed. The renovations were completed July 2018
