I have a listing of the room numbers with location at VWL. This list also indicates handicapped rooms. Does anyone know where I can find one for BWV? Thanks.

HI, Idratherbeindisney!

This is the singularly best piece of information that I've yet found on these boards...thank you so much.

As you might be aware, there is a lot of concerns from different members re smoking/non and handicap rooms....what a nice way to have a cheat sheet that one can quietly look at after being given a room to sort of double check the info. before leaving the front desk and dragging bags all the way to the room.

Thanks so much!
Hopeful (in ROFR) BWV owner

I give the "real" credit to instantimpressions, who gathered the info and made the list of rooms, but I'm very happy I was able to point you guys in the right direction. :goodvibes

Coloradobelle1--lots of pixie dust in getting past ROFR soon! :wizard: :wizard: :wizard:

And hey to you out in Smithtown wdwfan1!

what a great document! Are there more of these for different resorts?

Thank you!!! This will come in so handy for our first DVC trip to BWV's next month! Okay, it's closer to two but it sounds better :teeth: .

WOW! in case others are interested in other resorts. If you just shorten that link down to

http://members.aol.com/InstImpres/

There are a couple more hotels, a map or two, and some other miscellaneous documents. Take a look for yourself!

Here is a dumb question. I just printed out my list of studio rooms at the BW.
VERY helpful (thanks for the link). I was just wondering why some spaces are blank where it says smoking or handicap? Some do have yes or no in the column, while others don't say. I was just wondering what this meant if I get one of those rooms upon checking in. Hopefully I will be assigned one on the list that specifically says, but if it doesn't say either way, I was just wondering what it meant. We leave bright and early tomorrow morning for our first trips as members!

The list was compiled by instimpressions from info sent from members who have stayed at BWV. Evidently some members did not include the smoking or handicapped info, so he just put in the info he did get from them, leaving the categories left out blank. :sunny: :flower:

Thanks- that was so nice that someone took the time to do that.
I saw there was a studio with an extra couch. I hope we are the lucky ones to get that tomorrow.

If you get any new info, remember to send it to instimpressions when you get back, and we'll all try to fill in some of those blanks. I agree. I think it's so nice of them to do it!

Hope you really enjoy your trip!

Thank you. We can't wait. Although my son just came home from a sleepover and is sick. Sore throat achey. the whole nine yards. He NEVER gets sick. The rest of us in the family have been hit hard this season with colds, ear infections, sinus infections. I just kept saying wait until we get into the nice Florida sunshine we will all be better. Hope thats the case tomorrow with my son.
I will e-mail my room remarks when I get back to be added to the list.
Do you think that if we have a preffered view now and a standard view is available tomorrow they would let us switch? It would be nice to have those ten extra points back if possible.

Isn't that always the way? I hate it when my kids get sick on vacation - last year we'd finally decided to kill ourselves to get into the princess breakfast at CRT and wouldn't you know that my daughter was sick that day, and she's the one who so wanted to do it! Oh well, I think the sunshine can only help, so here's hoping your son is better tomorrow!

I don't know about the point thing - I don't think they'd let you have the points back on the day of the reservation, even in holding status, but I really don't know - anyone out there have an answer?

Thanks for the well wishes! We certainly need them. We have to leave for the airport by 4:30am and he is feeling terrible. Too bad Doctors don't just call in perscriptions like they used to. I guess its a liability these days. But i'm sure if he isn't better by Monday I will be able to find a Doctor to take him to in Florida. I know when we have been vacationing in Ocean City, MD they had tons of walk in places.
