Room Views at BCV

First timer here. I've read some conflicting things about the room views at BCV. They are being marketed as "all preferred" but I think I've read on these posts that the views are some what limited really. I know the main attraction of BCV is it's location to Epcot and MGM, but I would like to know if I actually have a shot of getting what I consider a "preferred view" such as Spaceship Earth, pool view, or even the Lagoon. Thanks for the feedback.

I think the confusion here is with the "preferred" nomenclature.

The point charts for BCV reflect the same points as VWL and of BWV "preferred", thus their characterization as "preferred".

I guess until we get some posters who have actually stayed in some of the villas, which won't happen for a while, we won't have a good feel for how "preferred" the views really are.
