Room Upgrade

I have a GV room room at HRH with a AAA rate. I have not applied for the Loes card yet. If I do apply, can I still upgrade my room? Also, what type of room could I upgrade to? Thanks.

You can only ask at checkin if any upgrades are available, would be to a PV or you could get lucky and get a suite, but usually it would be the next one up if available.
