I booked a room + tickets for 4 nights through Disney for DLH. One of my group members only needs a 3 day ticket tho. I called and the CM said that changes can only be made to all the tickets, not just one. Does anyone know if we can change it once we get there and get reimbursed? It’s unfortunate i didnt book the room and tickets separately initially.

Any words of wisdom? Thanks so much!

You cannot change anything when you get there. Everyone in the room must have the same rickets.

what you can do, if you’re not past the point of forfeiting the deposit, is to take the tickets off and do a room only.

To keep thing flexible I have learned not to book a package.
There are advantages to booking things separate and doing it yourself.

I agree. I called again to do as starry_solo mentioned. The CM recommended I just remove the one family member from the reservation and purchase that ticket separately. She added to the comments on the reservation that the family member purchased tickets separately and will be added at check-in? We have a party of 6 for a 2 bedroom family suite at the DLH. She said that since the rooms accommodated 7 it doesn’t change anything. It made me nervous, but that’s what I did. I’ll call the hotel a few days before just to double check too.

Your price should have gone down but remember that when you add the family member in at check in, you’ll have the extra $30-40/ adult fee again.

Buy the tickets separately from a reseller such as undercovertourist.com . They are very good to buy from and you’ll save roughly the equivalent of the sales tax— not exact, but more or less.

Not sure if you mean you will save around the typical sales tax percentage but be aware: there is no sales tax on Disneyland tickets. If a website or retailer is charging sales tax, you are getting ripped off. 😀
