Hi! Do they still have alcohol beer, wine, and champagne for purchase on the room service menu? If so, does anyone have a price list? Thanks!

Yes, they do. I don't have a price list though.

You can see the recent Room Service Menu at disneycruiselineblog.com. There are no prices listed. You can also see what Disney has in their gifts menu on the cruise website, which does list some prices.

I can only speak to the wine portion of your question, but I know that any bottle of wine available on the regular MDR wine list can be ordered from room service. We asked for a copy of the menu at guest services on our last cruise and one appeared in our cabin a few hours later. It was the complete list - not the abbreviated wine package list. Scott has a copy of the one used on the Magic this past summer on his blog (see previous post). Look under menus, then scroll down to the bottom for Main Dining Room Wine Menu. Prices are included.
