Room requests?

Last year when we rented points at AKL we were able to type in requests with online check-in. Is that still available? When I look online I don't see anywhere to type in requests only standard near elevator or near lobby?

Cannot type in requests. With rented points requests need to be submitted via the owner who can talk to Member Services

Unfortunately, they no longer have a spot to type in requests. You can use the drop down if it applies otherwise you have to call them in.

But a guest renting DVC points from an owner cannot call them in. Only the owner of the points can do that.
