Room Requests

Hi all,

I rented DVC points for our stay at Aulani next month. My question is when and how do I put in room requests? Do I need to ask the member to put in the request? Also, is it recommended to do the early online check-in or do I have a better chance of checking in at the desk on the day of arrival and making room requests then, i.e. a higher floor.

Doing early checkin with a pool/garden view the only room request I was given the option for checking was ground floor. There is no where during online checkin to type free form requests. I don't know if other view categories have other options during online checkin.

You should have the member note your requests with Member Services as early as possible and if you check in online, don't enter anything in the request fields, as this will overwrite anything MS added previously.

We got an incredible upgrade (blew us away) when we checked in. We asked for high floor and they put us in Ewa Tower, dead center. It was a panoramic view of the property and the ocean.
