room requests

Does anyone know if you can find out what room you will be in before arrival? Also, CM at CRO never asked if we preferred a non smoking room. Should I call back to request?

I hope we did everything else right. This is the first time we booked on our own...Thanks to all for the suggestions. They helped. And it is true, they won't give any extra info unless you ask. When I gave the code the CM told me that was a new one for him!!

Do you know the room numbers of the "bear's face" rooms on the 4th floor of the WL? Are these better than the same rooms on the 5th floor because the balconies are "more open" and they are non-smoking?
