Room Requests?

Hi all.

Does anyone know how you go about contacting Disney to request rooms at the resorts?

DGF and i are flying out wednesday and staying in POP for two weeks does anyone know of a phone number we can ring request a specfic building and/or a king bed?

Any tips would be greatly appriciated.

all of your requests should be noted on your reservation. if they're not already, contact WDTC or your TA to do so.

as a backup, you can fax your request to POP about 5-6 days out at 407-938-4040.

any phone number you find to speak to someone doesn't actually go to the hotel and they're not supposed to handle check-in issues (but could get you in contact with the room assigner if they're agreeable, but faxing is a better option)

and as a last line of offense, remember the CM at check-in can always move you to a more desirable room as long as noone else has checked into it.

The proper thing to do is to have added this to your reservation when you made it..

At this stage of the game.. your reservation would have downloaded to the resort. You could try faxing your request thru to Pop Century at 407-938-4040. As with everything - no guarantees...

And you can always just ask the person checking you in when you arrive for exactly what you want... if the resort is not busy, they can often accomodate this request.
