Room requests -- when and how?

When and how is the best way to make particular room requests (e.g., I'd like a room at Beach Club close to Epcot)? Thanks!

Use the online check in available the same day you can get fastpasses (60 days prior to your arrival), it asks questions like this.

I have found the best way is to call and have any requests added to your reservation. This can be done any time from the day you book up until 5-6 days prior to your arrival.

Yes, you can make requests during online check in but the choices are predetermined and very limited. We find our requests are never options during online check in.
