The Swan has a separate website from the main WDW site. When I checked it out yesterday, there is a reservations link that has room requests as an option. Is that what we should use instead of faxing the hotel directly, and how far ahead should we send that e-mail?
When I was at the main WDW site, I didn't see any other Disney hotels having a separate website like this, so I guess it's because Swan/Dolphin are owned by Westin/starwood.
