Room requests & other first timer ?s

First DVC stay...couple of questions:

We purchased the premium annual pass. Does this somehow get linked to your KTTW card? Do DVCers get KTTW cards?

How do you request a room and how do you know what to request or what the options are? We are staying in a 1 BR @ AKL jambo. Thanks in advance for the help!

Yes, you get KTTW cards but no, your AP won't be attached to it. It will be a separate card.

How do you request a room and how do you know what to request or what the options are? We are staying in a 1 BR @ AKL jambo. Thanks in advance for the help!

You call Member Services to add your request(s). You may want to request a specific location or view. At AKL Jambo you might want to request that your room is on a certain savannah or trail. Requests are not mandatory so you can always just go without. That is what we usually do.

You learn room requests buy learning as you go. Not knowing your personal preferences it's almost imposable to give you advice.

Thanks I think we'll just go with the flow like PP suggested. We have savannah view and honestly we'll probably love it no matter what. Thanks for the help!
