Room requests in MDE

I don't see anywhere in MDE to add in room requests. When I start the online check-in there is a spot, but when I click to edit the two request areas are completely blank. Looks like there should be a drop down with options but nothing is there.

The site has been horrible for the last month, they really have it all hosed up!

Mine was doing that until just a few weeks before this last trip I went on (got back last night). Finally about 2-3 weeks ago there were finally options available so I put them in, I know they don't give a lot of options but my only requests were the ones they offer so I did it and got both requests. Just keep checking back though, MDE has been really bad lately.

Didn’t work for us tonight either. Nothing could be selected I guess we will be calling on any requests.

I couldn't select room requests from my trip in February nor could I for my trip this December, nor can I for the trip I just booked for the end of August.
It seems like the room request option hasn't been working well since Disney did a big update last summer. I had already done it for my trip last late August prior to the update so that was intact.
