Room requests - fax or phone?

We're going in 2 weeks, AS-Music. I requested Jazz, and wanted a top floor room. Should I call CRO a couple of days ago to request the rooms again? Or should I fax the resort directly? Or should i call the resort?

I think it's better to fax 4 or 5 days before. That way the right person can see it when they are working on it. If you call, you may not get the person actually assigning the rooms. If you already have your requests on file with CRO, there's no reason to call them again.
