Room Requests at Cypress Pointe GV

We are staying at CPGV at the end of the month and wanted to make a room request. We booked through Hotelkingdom, do we call directly to the hotel and if so how close to our reserved date should we call.

I booked through an owner and called about a month ahead of time with my requests and then followed up on them a few days before we left.

We had 3 of the 2BR units, and I requested bottom floor and close together. They were all on the bottom floor. Two of them were side by side with one of them in the next building (very close).

The buildings at Cypress Pte Grand Villas are designated by letters. I believe Bldg. G is the newest one..they are all in good locations really around their pool and not too far from the other section with the volcano pool
