Room Requests and possible upgrade question

I know this has been discussed, but I have not been able to keep up with the posts.

What is the best room at POFQ, can we request a specific room, and if so how?

Also, what is the best way to request a room upgrade? With a big smile of course!!)

POFQ is a very small resort. You are not very far away from anything no matter where you are.
