When we reserved this stay, we made requests with Member Services. I thought I read that if you make any requests when doing on-line check in, that will automatically override/eliminate any requests you previously made (like the ones at the time we made our reservation). So should we not do on-line check in? Or should we do on-line check in, just skipping the part where they ask about requests. I'm concerned because we asked for first floor since I'll have an ECV. However, we don't want a HA unit, just first floor or elevator (we're at OKW)

We had two 2BR 17-24 Dec and our only request was close together. They were next door to each other.

I would add "1st floor due to medical" with MS. The requests that get overwritten are the check off requests not the note requests.

To be clear, ours was at BWV and they seem to do better than most paying attention to requests. I agree with Bill that I'd add first floor medical if I wan't going to get a HA villa. Actually in this situation I'd do a HA room because it's the only way to guarantee access. If you do it as a request and don't get it one would have no one to blame but themselves.
