Room Request ?????

If I have already made a room request when we booked the room, should I send a fax with the same requests? I've made requests at the time of booking before and once they were honored and the second time they weren't. I don't want to be a pest to the room assigner, but I want to be sure that they get the request and we're not forgotten. Thanks for your input.

If you made your request when you made the reservation it will be in the system that the room assigner looks at - with or without an additional fax.

We just got back and received everything that I requested when I made the reservation! I didn't fax or call before we arrived. And the resort was booked solid (Jersey Week) lol

Hi reilybpa,

No need to fax. If you gave your requests when you booked your room those requests will be transmitted to the resort computer when your reservation is transmitted. Whether or not room requests are granted is random at best. I do not think that anyones requests are "forgotten" I just think that it is impossiable to grant everyone's requests. Sending pixie dust your way hope you have a great trip whether or not you get your requests.
