Room Request - online check in help

Has anyone recently done check in online and had no choices in the Room Request drop down boxes? I have tried using 2 different browsers (Chrome & IE). I've done the online check in for 2 different reservations we have coming up (at Poly & Boardwalk). Both reservations show the 2 choice boxes for room requests with the "drop down" arrow. But a blank box opens beneath them.

Are we no longer allowed to request a location (I actually wanted to choose the box that opens up after room requests are entered - the one that says "first available is more important than requests" - but that isn't there either.

Am I having a computer problem or is this another IT disaster LOL!

Sounds like a call to IT.

Blank room requests during online check in has been an issue for a while now. Contact MS to have them noted on your reservation. After MS adds the requests, you probably still won't see them, but they should be there and transfer over to the room assigner.

Same problem I was having and I gave up and called DVC today to have them add it to my reservation!
