We would love a view of Epcot while staying at the Dolphin. We are also staying Club Level. Is there a room we can request while staying Club Level that is a view of Epcot? Thanks!
Room 8029 is not club level but it is a balcony room. You couldn't have a better view. We loved this room. No palm trees in the way, Epcot ball straight ahead was so "Disney" - Illuminations unobstructed each night - boardwalk over to the right, Yacht and Beach over to the left - it was great. Loved it. I personally liked being out on the balcony to see the fireworks instead of smashing my face against the glass or cupping my hands against the glass...and you can get club level privileges to eat up at the club level so the better idea is to book balcony and put a note on your ressie for them not to "upgrade" you out of your balcony room...which they almost did to me. Make sure you are signed up with Starwood and get that Starwood Am Express so you'll be upgraded in status with Starwood (do your legwork to make that happen). I'd say your odds of getting upgraded to club privs are quite good. It's only a bit more food for them to offer up there at the lounge...and then you'll have the best of all worlds. By the way, 8029 was very quiet. The only thing we ever heard was the vacuum in the hall a couple times....I loved the Dolphin. Loved loved loved that balcony....loved the pools, loved that location, won't stay anywhere else. Be sure to check Entertainment book rates and AAA rates even when the trip is near....HAVE A BLAST!
