Room Request - Coronado

I'm booked at Coronado Springs in February 2018 in a preferred room. I know they are working on renovating rooms, currently working on Casitas 1 & 3, so I would like to know how I would go about requesting a renovated room? Would i be able to do that at Online Check-in 60 days out or would I need to call closer to arrival? Thanks in advance!

Call the Main Reservations line and add a request of refurbished room to your reservation. This can be done anytime from the day you book up until 4-5days out. When within that time frame makes no difference.

So then it will be added to my account so I can still do online check in and it won’t affect anything?

Correct. Just skip the room request section during Online Check In.

Thank you. I booked with a friend who is a travel agent, so I need to let her do it or can I do it myself? I’m an impatient guy and I try to do as much as I can myself.
