Room Request Code on Reservation

I requested ground floor on my reservation and the email I got says NG. Anyone know if that means ground floor??? The other part of my request was spelled out.

That just means 'not guaranteed.'

Room requests don't show up on confirmations that I have ever seen. If yours did partially, I'm guessing the field ran out of room for printing. Many of the items are seriously abbreviated for space purposes.

You can, but it won't really change anything. They'll do their best and most of the time it is no problem at all, but requests are always 'not guaranteed.'
