Room Request - AKL?

Can someone please remind me how to make a room request? We are arriving at AKL on Thursday and would like to request a room that has a Savannah view.

We are booked using the really cheap rate for attending the vacation club seminar, so I'm sure it's a standard room with parking lot view, unless I try to change it.

Also, can anyone suggest a location for a standard room that has an animal view? Does that even exist?
