Room ready changed…

Vgc room was ready at 12:45 pm yesterday When we stayed at BLT and arrived at like 10 AM they had a room ready as well no issues here, except we've never been granted a late checkout, have asked twice, is that a possibility for dvc?

No, it's not a thing for DVC rooms. All rooms must be vacated by 11. Hotels can do that because they often have 20-40% available rooms, except in very high season. DVC is a timeshare, so an occupancy near 98-100% daily all year.
