Room question

I am going down to Disney in April with a friend, and I was wondering if Disney will try to put our rooms near each other, on request, if we stay at the same resort.

I thought it may be something like this but wasn't 100% sure given how busy Disney can be. Been a while since I have worked in the travel industry.

Just noting, requests aren't guaranteed so there's always a chance you won't get what you request. In my experience Disney does a reasonable job trying to accommodate folks, but with resorts always running at such a relatively high occupancy level, sometimes you get the short end of the stick, so to say.
