Room question

We have two 2-bedroom units and an extra studio booked for december. Our grown son will be staying in the studio. He has asked us if he can invite a friend to join us. Since this young woman is a new friend he wants to give her the option of using the studio while he bunks with us in our 2-bedroom unit. If we do this do we have to notify MS of the change and add her name to the studio and his to our room? This is not definite yet and may not be until the last minute if at all. Can we just change things at check in or isn't that allowed? Thanks.

They'll need to know that she's coming first of all. They need to know how many people are registered in each unit for fire code reasons. But as for exactly who is in what room, they don't need to know. The only reason that you'll want them to know is to get the room keys correct so that each one opens the right doors.

As long as you're not over the occupancy limits and not doing the DDP, you can take care of it at check in.

We are always changing who comes with us . As long as we don't go over the amount of people we have always just changed names at check in. Never have any trouble.
