Room question for CR experts

I'm a little confused about the room rates at CR. I went to the WDW web site to get a basic idea. I want a room in the Tower in 2005 value season. They list a "standard room" for $244. Is this in the Tower? They also list $345 for a "Tower Location". What is the difference?

Standard room would be in the wing sections of the CR. The Tower rooms are located in the tower or "main section" where all the restaurants, shops and monorail are. The size of the standard rooms and tower rooms and layout are the same. The tower rooms also have balcony's facing either the MK or Baylake. The laundry facilities are located in the wing sections.
