Room only

I have booked a room only at the discounted rate and then added on tickets and dining which turned it into a package requiring payment 45 days out and stricter cancellation rules. There is a possibility that we may not be able to go. If I change it back to room only (take off the tickets and dining) can I add them back on later?

Yes. You can add dining up to 72 hours before arrival; tickets shouldn't be a problem.
