When I go look online at my ressie confirmation. It says room type PREFERRED in all caps. We booked a Family Suite. Does this in all caps indicate a family suite. I've never seen a previous description in all caps like this?

FAMILY ROOM would be listed on the confirmation. I would call them to make sure that it is correct.
