Room only Reservation

Hello

Just needed some quick help
I booked a room only reservation for February and have not added tickets yet to my disney experience
How do i set up my magic bands to customize them?
I know mine wont be sent to my home because I live in Canada but when I have booked a package before i was able to cutomize them and pick
them up when I arrived

I only see any option ro enter the magic band number if you already have one?
So confused

In the app, go to your room only reservation and one of the options there should be 'Choose Magic Bands'.

It just keeps aking for my magic band number from the band itself?

Hmm, that's odd, I've already done this so I can't show screen shots, but here's exactly what I did:
Open the app (on iOS, not the website)
Clicked on my icon down at the bottom of the initial screen to get to my account (the little circle with Mickey Mouse or whoever in it)
Underneath my plans, I saw my Room Only Resort Reservation, I clicked on that
On the next screen under My Reservation, I saw the following options: Choose Magic Bands, Get Directions, Call Resort Hotel, Find on a Map
I clicked on Choose Magic Bands
Up near the top of the next screen there was an option like 'Customize Order', I clicked on that and it took me to the website to actually do the customization for my family.
Lower on the screen are all my old tickets and magic bands, that is not where you do this.

Good luck, unfortuantely I've no idea why you're not getting the options to customize.

So I cancelled the reservation and re booked it and was able to get my magic bands
