Room only rates

Anyone any idea what the room only rates are for October for Hotel Cheyenne ? Will be buying annual passes before we go but arrive late on first night and leave very early on last day so would like to see price of room only compared to Kyriad etc. when you add in the AP discount.

Also Dec prices if anyone knew ?
