Room-only rates for anyone ?

Last year, the only discounts available to the general public from early June through December were on packages. At the time those package deals were released, does anyone recall hearing CMs say that room-only rates were "to come," or were they simply stating that room-only discounts would no longer be available?

I'll be watching for room-only rates that anyone can use for October, but with the current package offering that seems to be similar to last year, I wonder if it will even happen. ESPECIALLY since about a week or so ago there were CMs reporting that room-only discounts for the 7/5/04 to 8/24/04 timeframe would be released soon, but so far, none have been released at all. Are they still saying that general public room-only discounts will come or have they stopped offering this information altogether?

some reports from CMs in regards to room-only codes being released soon, at this point, seems to be only speculation. It is anyone's guess if and when they will be released. If they are, then The Dis will be one of the first boards to report it. Keep checking!
