Room Only Payment

This should be a no-brainer but since I can't call right now...

Can you pay off your room only reservation over the phone or do you have to wait for check-in? There's no option to apply payment online like there is for package ressies.

I think you can over the phone. Disney Reservations opens up at 7:00 AM Eastern, so you should be able to call now. (Unless you mean because you are at work or something. )

Yes! I assume you have an existing reservation and have at least paid for one night to hold the room. You can call into reservations anytime, and they can apply any amount of money you want. I'm currently doing so for my trip to the Polynesian next month.

You can pay the room-only reservation off over the phone in advance of your trip. I did this for my most recent trip so I could earn extra Disney dollars to put against the trip.

I think you can only do it if you made the reservation by phone. I know that it used to be that if you made a room only reservation using the web site, that they did not allow you to make any extra payments. It is possible that this has been changed.

Yes you can! we do this every trip. As a matter of fact I just called and paid it off last week!

Yes you can, I always pay my room in full on my Dis Visa so I can use the points for my trip!

Can you pay by direct debit/check by phone? If not, how and where do you send a payment by check?

Also, I would like to pay extra so that I can just charge to my room and not have a big balance or payment to make afterwards. I am splitting my stay, two nights at Wilderness, six at Beach Club. If for example I have a $500.00 credit at Wilderness (our first stop) but only spend $350.00, do they roll that over to my Beach Club stay?

Whenever we make a room only reservation we pay the 1st night deposit in full right away when the reservation has been made, because it's one less thing to worry about.

You also HAVE to pay one night's room and tax, at a minimum, in order to have the room held for you unitl you arrive.
