Is there usually a room only code for Sept?

Historically there has been room only discounts for September but not until closer to the dates. I seem to remeber waiting until July for my 2002 trip.

I think WDW will see how the FD does, then they'll release AP/FL/GP codes if they need to fill more rooms.
