Room Only Discount extended on Disney Site!!

Does anyone know what happens if I call and have this discount applied to my already existing reservation (6/19 - 6/26), but then next month or the month after they offer a different/new discount (or I receive a PIN) that would save me more money?

You just change it again. There may be a fee if you change it within a certain window. After 45 days before check in for a package. No fees before that time.

I was able to apply the code, upgrade from standard to Courtyard with bunk beds and still save $600 off my original price.

Who needs PIN codes when there is Pixie Dust for us all.

I just called (a am in Mexico City time zone 4.19 pm) and they told me that since they are working To enrange the system , it will work until tomorrow

I found on the TA site that once you added tickets AND dining, it would apply the discount for stays 5 nights and longer. For 1-4 nights it was working with just a room only listing. I called a CM, and she was getting the same issues, and told me that the rate for a value for 5+ nights was 30%.

I think they are still working out some bugs... I priced several things with the offer, adding tickets & dining, and then did it all at rack rate, and it does apply a discount (you just don't "see" it when you are only looking at the room only rate). I did my pricing at all levels (val, mod, deluxe) to check and see WHAT was going on.

Let's hope they have the bugs worked out soon! Otherwise, do the discount, then double check the rate by doing a rack room ressie. If you see the difference, then you will know you are getting the discount.

I just put in my dates for WL just our of curiousity (I am looking for POR) and it gave me $300 for July 1, $325 for July 2, 3, 4 and $180 for July 5, 6, 7!!! Grr, it looks like the dates are blacked out because of the 4th but maybe it will be changed!

I did not have any luck with POP yet. I think what is aggravating is that the CM who was extremely nice kept telling me that my AAA rate was better than the 25% off. He said I must have gotten a better AAA rate. This is 100% wrong. I will save approx. $200.00 with the 25% rate. I don't know how they can be that confused. I kept saying... No matter how I crunch the numbers, it is surely better to get the 25% off. He said to call back because there was enough time until my trip. I just don't want to miss out on the discount. I have never been able to get anything other than AAA. I am really excited about the possiblity.

I just called and talked to a real sweet CM and was told that she applied the code and the code was taken but she could not get the new price to come up. That I needed to call back later and check on the new price. So wish me luck, that she knew what she was talking about.

Me too and I saved almost $400 for a three night stay over my AAA discount.

I was finally able to just apply the discount to my stay at POP for the end of June. I saved $162.00 off of my already discounted 10% for AAA.

I am thrilled!!!!

So excited! I was able to switch my reservations for a 2 bedroom at Baylake Towers to Poly CL-2 rooms for about the same amount. We love the Poly and were really spoiled with the last CL visit. We just couldn't afford it without the discount.

Do you by chance have an additional adult in your room? My ressie is higher than my sons because my DD will be 18 so she will be a third adult in the room with DH and myself. It made a difference of approx. $70.00.

I'm a little ticked. I changed our reservation from 9/4-9/11 to 8/7-8/14. When I priced it online it came up at $171 a night including tax for a standard room at the Contemporary. When I got the reservation copy it says $185. When I called I was told the rate with the code is $185 and couldn't explain why I pulled up $171 or was given that rate. I guess I shouldn't be to upset with the rate. It's $136 a night off the rack rate.

I called and gave the code from the Disney website and it increased my rate, which is already 20% off at Pop with a PIN code. I told him it said 30% for >5 nights and if it just came out today, how could they all be gone or are my dates blocked out, which he said they were not. He said they wouldn't be gone already, it sometimes takes a few days for them to load all the rooms in when they add a new promo so to call back in 3 days. I guess I will just keep calling because we have 2 rooms for 8 nights and 10% will certainly add up. I will probably call twice a day because with my luck if I wait 3 days they will all be gone!

I was able to get the discount on Deluxe only for room only (WL 9 nights for $1296 - which comes to $144 a night compared to $240 a night). Didn't have to purchase tix. Try to do it online vs. phone

Are you kidding me....how in the world did you get $144 per night. They told me that only Woods View and Courtyard were available. Those values are MUCH higer than $144. How did you go about getting the $144 quote?

Value season starts at the deluxe resorts on July 18th. The $144 price is the discounted rate for a standard view room during value season. It may be that for your dates, all that is available w/ the discount is woods or courtyard. I put in our dates (July 21-28) and the $144 rate came up. But, we're at the Yacht Club for $204/night.

Thank you! It looks like some of you are having some trouble with getting the correct rates right now (via phone and/or online), though, so I'm just going to let it sort itself out over the next couple of days and apply the discount then. I think I saw someone mention that if it's 5 or more nights, values are 30% off, but I only see that info for the through 6/3 dates -- it just shows 25% off a value for 1 or more nights.

Now I will have to decide if I want to upgrade to a moderate with my savings . . .
