Room Only and Online Viewing

Does anybody else have trouble with the view of their reservation online? They have the hotel correct and the dates are correct, but several of our names are spelled incorrectly and the price is more than double what it should be. My total for two mod rooms is $1223 and they have it as $2779 on the website. I called CRO to verify and they said their computers relfect the correct information (mostly :badpc: ) and that they have no idea why I would be seeing something different.

Also, EVERY SINGLE TIME I call, they ask me what my email address is becasue they don't see it and they have the wrong phone number for me. What is the deal? I have to provide them both of those pieces of information and I corrected this when I made my reservation over 14 months ago. :sad2: :crazy:
 
Welcome to my world! :sad2: Online my ressie shows that we don't have trip ins., or a preferred room - but their PC's say yes. Go figure. They told me it was a glitch in the "back system" or something like that and not to worry.

Seems like Disney would have that fixed by now. They have had the new program out for a little over a month. You would think they could afford to pay some IT people a decent sum to fix the issues. :confused3
 
They just fixed ours this week. The reservations finally are correct. Before this week everything was doubled. They always ask me for my email address because it's never listed. Also last week they mailed everything to are old address even though they had the right one on the reservation. Boy was I surprised when the couple who bought are house 2 years ago called and said hey we have your airline ticket reciepts and your reservations sheet for Disney. Called and told Disney what happened they said opps we will send out the information again. They didn't know how it could of happened. My husband went over to our old house and picked up that packet.
 

Sounds to me like their customized system is not very good. Maybe an upgrade is in order.
 
Same thing for our reservations, they are showing way more than they should. When I called they couldn't really explain it to me, but CRO has the correct price. They always ask for my e-mail address and they still have my old phone number even though I gave them my new one quite a few times. :confused3
